All passengers, vehicles and goods are transported subject to the following
conditions:
- Use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by
all the terms and conditions printed hereon and an acknowledgement that the
person who purchased the ticket was acting as the agent for the passenger.
- The carrier, its servants and agents shall not be liable for loss,
damage, delay or injury caused (whether direct or indirect) to any property
or any person arising out of, or in any way incidental to the carriage of
passengers or vehicles or other goods of whatsoever description or any
services ancillary thereto or any activities on or in the vicinity of the
vessel including embarking and disembarking whether resulting in whole or in
part from any act or omission by the carrier, its servants or agents or due
to any negligence or misconduct of the carrier, its servants or agents.
- Any oral representations made by any person concerning the liability of
the carrier, its servants or agents shall not be binding.
- The carrier in making the contract contained herein is and shall be
deemed to be acting as agent or trustee for the benefit of all persons or
corporations who are or might be the carrier's servants or agents and all
such persons shall to this extent be deemed to be parties to the contract.
- All persons shall obey instructions (when and given) by employees of
Kooringal Logistics Pty Ltd.
- The carrier reserves the right to decline transport to any person,
vehicle or goods without assigning any reason or to cancel or vary any trips
without notice.
- Vessel is NON SMOKING.
- All warranties implied herein by virtue of any legislation are included
only to the extent that they are applicable to the contract with the
purchaser and not to be excluded from it.
- The carrier reserves the right to alter or cancel any trip without notice.
- All cargo carried at owner's risk. All persons carried at own risk.
- NO REFUND ON TICKETS.
- NO liquor to be consumed aboard vessel.
- Tickets must be presented to travel.
- Tickets valid for twelve months from date of issue.
